for cake you will need
2 eggs
150ml milk
3 tablespoons(60g）soft margarine or butter
20cm X 7cm round cake pan
FOR ICING
2tablespoons(40g)soft margarine or butter
20MILK
1\PREHEAT
preheat oven to 180℃/350°F（160℃ fan forced).Grease and flour cake pan or lightly grease and line with baking paper.
2\MIX
Place cake mix , eggs,milk and margarine or butter into a mixing bowl .Using an electric mixer beat on low speed for 30 seconds to combine . Then beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour batter into prepared cake pan.
3\BAKE
Bake for 40-45 minutes. Cake is baked if it springs backe when lightly touched in centre .Allow to cool for 5 minutes prior to inverting onto cooling rack.
4\ICE
Place icing mix ,margarine or butterand milk into a mixing bowl.Using an electric mixer beat on low speed for 30 seconds to combine. Then beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.Spread prepared icing over top and sides of cooled cake.
Level Australian standard 250 mleasuring cup and metric spoon used

microwave Instructions
(1000w microwave oven)
Place cake mix ,eggs,milk and margarine or butter into a large mixing bowl .Mix with a fork for minute. Pour batter into a greased 20cm（8’’）microwave safe ring pan.Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes. Allow cake to cool in pan for 5 minutes,before inverting onto a cooling rack. Prepare icing as directed above.
Note : microwave ovens vary. Times given may need adjusting to suit your particular oven.
