Not he who has little,but he who wishes more,is poor.
Sometimes or most of the times people are feeling poor,which has something to do with unsatisfactory feelings.When someone is contented with what he/she has got.He/she would not feel being poor.But those always want more,then no matter how much they have got and still would not be satisfied and hence always feel that they are poor and would never be happy.
