本文针对中小企业融资难的现状,系统分析了中小企业融资难的主要原因.指出中小企业信用文化的缺失、财务管理混乱、经济效益差、缺乏信用担保、国内金融业自身的整合与贷款紧缩是我国当前中小企业融资的主要障碍.提出当前应重点解决发展中小银行、建立健全信用担保体系等方面问题,以便从根本突破中小企业贷款难的瓶颈矛盾.同时,从企业自身建设的角度提出政策建议.
