本文主要对这套髓内钉机器人锁钉器的机器手部分进行分析说明.这机器手属于三自由度直角坐标式机器人,通过PLC控制伺服电机,伺服电机带动机器手部分的丝杆螺母,将回转运动精确的转化为直线运动.机器手前端打钉部分选用枪钻.
由于考虑到手术过程中病人手术部位姿态的保持,所以本次设计的三自由度直角坐标式机器人只适用于对医务人员的手术训练阶段.
如果要正式应用到临床上,则需要采用六自由度的锁钉机器人,这样,采用本系统进行临床手术,能够大量缩短手术时间、提高手术的精度、减少病人的痛苦和减少病人和医务人员的辐射伤害.
