但是,从今年6月份开始,贵公司的STEVE就通知我们保留B1展位,我们在此期间为贵公司做了大量的宣传推广工作.令我们感到不理解的是,这是在我们多次询问贵公司之后才得到的答复.没有任何人提前通知我们!这对于我们的组织工作造成了极大的损失.为此,我们感到非常遗憾!

We feel great regretful about the decision that your firm cancel the exhibition,of course,we know that is because the international economic situation is not optimistic.
But since STEVE had informed us to maintain the B1 booth on June this year,we have done a lot of public relations service for your company.
what makes us confused is that is your answer after we have inquired about many times,there was no one informed us previously!That bring about a great loss to our organization work,we feel great pity about that!
