in the year 2000,at night,in the evening,春节用on Spring Festival,at half past two,in the morning,at noon,在具体某一天前用On,如on Monday；in May,月份前用in; yesterday 不用加介词,比如 I saw Lily yesterday.昨天我看到莉莉了.去年last year,下个季度next season,下个月next month,十五年后after 15 years或者15years later,五年前5 years ago(用于过去时,如果是过去完成时的句子则用5 years before）也不用加介词.公元3世纪in the third century,将来in the future,用不了多久你可以用very soon表示,不用加介词.主要区别就是at表示点,某个时间点比如五点钟,at 5 o'clock.而In则表示一段时间,希望我解释清楚了.
