汽车车体覆盖件模具设计与制造是整个汽车行业中最关键的部分, 也是占用汽车开发周期最长的部分.因此, 缩短汽车车体覆盖件模具设计与制造周期对于提高汽车的开发和设计有着极为重要的现实意义.
本次设计对汽车消声器前盖进行冲压模具设计,对该零件进行冲压工艺分析和有关工艺计算,确定合理的冲压工艺方案,设计冲压工序的三套模具,正确的选用标准模架,使用UG三维绘图软件绘制模具三维图,对冲压结构进行了工艺分析.明确了设计思路,确定了冲压成型工艺过程并对各个具体部分进行了详细的计算和校核.如此设计出的结构可确保模具工作运用可靠,保证了与其他部件的配合.；根据三维图绘制模具二维装配图和零件图.
通过对汽车声器前盖的冲压模具设计,巩固和深化了所学知识,取得了比较满意的效果,达到了预期的设计意图.
