The Chinese people especially like to have fun and join in the fun during spring festivals.Therefore language programs are essential for the audience.Skits (小品) happen every year in the gala,but the quality of this year's skits were particularly poor.In the Feng Xiaogang-directed 2014 Spring Festival Gala,there were only 5 language programs.One would think 5 are enough as long as they are great.But to people's disappointment,they failed to amuse and impress the audience.
