if i must make a choice between the two,i'd like to choose the latter.
nowadays most people-except those workaholics,who live for work-work for lives,we must make sure that our company can stay alive in the comtemperory society which is full of competitions.no doubt a kind boss who keeps smiling all day will make everyone cozy,but his inefficiecy will apparently leads the company to death.
So I choose the efficient boss who is strict,because he can hold the company,his severe...it is a horse of another color,right?
