Salary is quite important,but I think advancement is more important.A job without good advancement is boring,even it offers better salary.I want to be advancing always,so I may give up a good salary but to have a better advancement.No one wants to stay in the starting place forever.Salary is important but not everything.In all,I think the most important thing for me is advancement,which makes me have power to work harder and gives me better chances to progress.
