i am very sorry to hear you did badly in your last exam ,however, always remember failure is the mother of success .to improve your english ,you should learn to speak ,read and write .they are the basic skills of english ,communicate more with the local people to , make some progress in your oral english ,and read some ernglish novels or magazines to improve your reading skills ,last but not the least ,write more in english--a good way to perfect your english ,
take it easy ,practice makes perfect ,when you practice more ,you can surely do better next time
