个人觉得用has比较适合.首先因为three years 是作为一个时间整体来看,而不是复数时间,时间不可数,年才可数；所以用第三人称单数.至于是用现在完成时还是过去完成时,我们先看看从句,用的是过去式,而他来这里这个动作发生在前,所以主句时间应该在came之后,所以主句用现在时比较合适.楼上的解答had 的解答---如果用过去完成时,后面没有he came here的时候 也可以用,现在从句是一般过去时,所以用has比较合适.
