—My Favourite Svientist
My favourite scientist is Zhang Heng ,who was a famous Chinese astronomer and geographer.
Zhang Heng lived from AD78 to 139.When young ,he was interested in stars and often asked curious of his grand-parents ,who lived with him .Zhang Heng built a model ,which could show how stars move during the seasons and drew pictured of what he saw ,including the heavens .At that time,it was difficult to make people believe new theories,but Zhang Heng didn′t give up even when people laughed at him.Instead,he went on with his research and continued his exploration of the universe.
I admire Zhang Heng because he was not only intelligent,but also patient.He was curious ,careful and creative ,too.He devoted himself to science and made great contributions to science and society.
