I have a strong feeling of respect whenever my parents' past is mentioned.My parents were born in 1950s,a period thereafter the new-founded People's Republic of China.At that time,people were under the leadership of chairman Mao,and lived in the system whereby "everybody eats from the same big pot".Both my parents' families were poor and had no ability to support them to learn in the school.They had to help the family to earn food.Thus,my father's education was ended in his third year in the primary school and my mother the fifth year.However,both of them were very smart in study.My parents got married in the year 1978,a starting point of the government's new policy.They had not much property at the very begining,and they even had no enough food.But they had love to sustain their life together.One thing here that I have to mention is that they never qurraled throuth out their life.After their marriage,my father began to think out ideas to earn money for the family,and he succeeded at last.He planted a lot of cigrette plants then and havested in the autum.He sold the product at a very good price and earned a lot.Then,they built their house in the countryside,and gave the birth to my elder sister and me three years later.Now,I have grown up and become a man,but the true and smart man left his family in the dust world three years ago.My poor mother always missed him much but never mention her feelings in front of me.I know it's my reponsbility to take care of my mother and support the family now.I feel the strong pressure and I am trying by best to do what a true man must do in the coming days.
