Today I will tell everybody a method to make salted eggs which can be kept much longer than normal eggs.
First you have to wash the eggs with clear water. And then you have to prepare enough boiling water to boil the salt. Now you have pay attention how much the salt you need to make your eggs salted. Usually three kilos of eggs with half an kilo of salt are laid in the water and then don't forget to add some alcohol in them so as to make the eggs more delicious.
The last step to make the salted eggs is to wait until the normal eggs turn to be salty.

Salted eggs can be kept much longer than the normal ones under the room temperature.

Salted eggs can be boiled as the appetizer in the morning, especially with the porridge, which are very delicious.
