摘要：目的 探讨便携式气动急救呼吸机在急危重症患者院内转运的应用价值.方法 对285例急危重症患者应用便携式气动急救呼吸机进行机械通气治疗,观察通气效果.结果 280例转运过程中病情稳定,指氧饱和度保持在95~100%,无并发症发生；5例入院时心跳呼吸骤停超过30分钟,经积极抢救无效死亡.结论 应用便携式气动急救呼吸机在急危重症患者的院内转运是可行的,值得推广使用.

Portable pneumatic ventilator in acute emergency hospital transport of critically ill patients application
　　Abstract: Objective To investigate the portable pneumatic emergency ventilator in critically ill patients in acute hospital transfer of application. Methods 285 cases of acute and critically ill patients using a portable pneumatic emergency ventilator for mechanical ventilation, observe the ventilation effect. Results of 280 cases in a stable condition during transport, refers to the oxygen saturation remained at 95 to 100%, no complications; five cases of cardiopulmonary arrest on admission more than 30 minutes, died after a positive. Conclusion portable emergency ventilator pneumatic critically ill patients in acute hospital transfer is feasible, it is widely used.
