模拟出大型立轴离心式供水泵内的流场分布情况,研究水泵蜗壳边壁上的压力和蜗壳区域的流速分布,可为下一步的水泵设计提供直接而现实的依据,也是水泵设计的前提与关键所在,对于水泵的设计与研究具有十分重要的意义.本文的主要研究工作如下：
（1） 根据泵各项参数的研究分析,确定泵扬程的计算方法和额定转速意义；
（2）通过CFD流体分析软件,对水泵进行建模,在划分网格和设置边界条件、初始条件及运行参数后,导入FLUENT软件,从而得出额定转速下的水泵内流场分布情况,以及水泵蜗壳边壁上的压力分布等；
（3）对不同转速下的水泵模型求解流场分布,比较分析,通过给定的额定扬程等条件,选择最优设计转速,并对工程实际给出合理意见.

Simulation for a large vertical shaft centrifugal pump flow distribution within the side wall of the pressure pump volute and volute velocity distribution of the region, direct and realistic basis for the next pump design, but also pump designpremise and key for the pump design and research of great significance. The main research work are as follows:
(1) According to the analysis of the pump of the parameters to determine the significance of calculation methods and the rated speed of the pump head;
(2) on the pump through the CFD fluid analysis software for modeling, meshing and setting boundary conditions, initial conditions and operating parameters, import FLUENT software to arrive at the pump under the rated speed of the flow field distribution of side of the pump volute wall pressure distribution;
(3) different speed pump model to solve flow distribution, analysis and rated head and other conditions given, choose the best design speed, and engineering to give a reasonable opinion.
