WTO是当前世界上最主要的全球经济组织之一,是推动经济全球化的重要机制.在经济全球化这个不可抗拒的历史潮流中,任何国家和地区都无法置身其外,所以,在经济全球话的推动下,越来越多的国家争相加入WTO.但是加入WTO就意味着各主权国家在经济管理、政治决策和国家管辖权等方面必须让渡部分主权权力.但是,让渡主权权力不是无原则的,主权权力的让渡必须符合国家利益、人类共同利益和国家主权原则.因此,我们要重新认识WTO与国家主权的关系,并制定相应的对策来维护国家主权.
