Ways of Learning English

Recently students in our class have had a discussion about different ways of learning English. Everyone was very interested in this topic and had all kinds of thoughts. Three students shared something really important and meaningful with us. Anna said the best way to learn English was watching English movies. She also said reading English magazines could help a lot. But she hated studying grammar. She thought it was useless. But for Mike studying grammar was a great way to learn English. He also thought talking with friends in English wasn’t a bad way. But he said reading textbooks was not helpful at all. Mary said she improved English a lot by listening to English songs and she thought the best way to learn English was joining the English club. But she never listened to English tapes.
