主句过去时,宾语从句是现在完成时还是过去完成时?

第一,你第一个句子貌似不太对
It is reported是表被动,所以加ed
主句是过去时的话,后面的动词就应该第一眼看来是过去时...不管他是什么时态(个人经验...跟老师讲的不一样...)
