Dear Sir/Madam:
My name is Li Hua from Singapore. I stayed in your Golden Link Hotel last week for three days while I was visiting Nanjing. I am rather disappointed about the condition and services in your hotel. My room was 119, which was a double room. I have to tell you that it was not a pleasant thing for me to see the old dirty carpet and furnitures when I entered the room. The beddings looked like being used to me as well even I could not point out any dirty marks. Another issue were the unexpected visitors in every evening. My door was knocked every night by some ladies in heavy make-up and each of them was trying to ask me to accept her sexual services, which was disturbing. The last issue concerned me was the food, which were not worm and nicely prepared. I was even annoyed when I questioned the manager because his remarks were simply not acceptable. He said the food was good because none of them was cooked with oil recollected from drain ditches, which should make me happy enough. He also said that considering my room fee was only 788 including breakfast, the service was good enough and I could never find similar hotel with such a low price anywhere in Nanjing. None sense! I demand an explanation and apology from you.
