本人写的商务投诉信件,请求检查英语语法是否有误
Dear Sir/Madam:
I am xxx.Probably in July,I bought a pair of boots(Risport RF2).I was happy that it's much more comfortable than the one it used to be,But it was a great pity that the boots becames soft.
This problem has affected my life and competitions.I will be really appreciated if you can do something to change this situation.I would be looking forward to your reply and thank you for your consideration.

1、probably in July 太中式了,建议直接去掉probably.2、“I was happy that it's much more comfortable than the one it used to be”.这句有几处小错误.第一,it's应改为they're,因为不是一只鞋,而是一双（两只）...
