I am very grateful to Microsoft for offering this opportunity of an interview , and I was really impressed by the panel discussion during yesterday’s interview. Not only did I understand the rich experiences of senior applicants through this style of team interview, but it also made me discover my many shortcomings. During the subsequent interview, despite my not too perfect performance in the laptop computer sales section which is quite regrettable, it makes me realize I have to approve on a lot of areas which I normally never expected. It has dawned on me that when facing a customer, the most important thing is not to explain how good the product is, but to understand what the customer really wants and let him discover the true value of the product. Even if I am only selling a bottle of water, the priority is the thought of the customer. I am still very attracted to Microsoft Corporation, hoping to have an in-depth understanding of its corporate culture, so that I can become a brand-value-added person.
I really appreciate very much your guidance in helping me to complete this interview; I am looking forward to the chance of meeting you again next week.
