Saying no sometimes is absolutely difficult．One Sunday I was sitting totally absorbed in going over my subjects when a friend of mine asked me to go shopping with her．I found myself getting all caught in her enthusiasm and didn’t want to refuse her．Thus we hung out for the whole day．Actually with the final exam approaching I hardly had any time to spare．Had I said no at that time I would have felt more confident in the exam．Now I come to realize the importance of saying no．We had better do what we think is right and we are willing to do．Sometimes it does not seem that bad to refuse others．
