Dear professor:
On the behalf of the Department of Displine, I am writting this letter to make some suggestions about the activities after the light out.
To ensure our rest, dormitaries are supposed to be light out after 24:00. Some students still talk in the phone or chat with others, which is disturbing. I think there should be some more strict displines to deal with these problems.
