但是这句话该怎么翻译：

还有英语中的7：40,该怎么念?
还有一句，Our city is at the crossing of some important railways.就字面上我觉得是这么说的:我们的城市是个铁路交通枢纽。但是偏偏有个is at the 这样似乎应该这么说：我们的城市在一些重要的铁路交通枢纽中。这样也不对吧？该怎么翻译？
还有一句：plenty of offices ——大量的职位？不是这样说吧！
