I'm glad to learn that you invited me to your birthday party this year, but I'm afraid I cannot attend as I have to take college entrance examination at the time. So I'm really sorry for this, and beg your understanding.
I would like to deliver my best wish to you and hope you can be happy everyday, because you are always my best xxx.
