1.Having completed a Bachelor and Master at University of Sydney,Iam full experienced on working with people who I’m not familiar with indifferent background.We may have something in different,but the key pointhere is we respect the contribution of each individuals.It is the only way tomake a group of people work as a team.If we can pick up the strength ofdifferent members,the work will be done more effectively and efficiently.
For example,there is a group assessment for tax law.Our group wascomprised with 4 members who came from India,Germany,Australia,China Respectively.At the time,I was the leader of group.In order to make things done,the firstthings I did was identified the strengths of each person.I noticed that TheIndian is good at research on relevant laws and references so he wasresponsible for most research work.The German is expert in applying law in logicalmanner.He generated ideas and we discussed them together.I’m good atcommunicating with other group and collect material from last semester,so wewere mainly responsible for idea collection and checking.Since the Australianis native speaker.He was in charge of checking grammar and spelling.Combiningall the works we have done,the report was finished on time and the final resultwas high-distinction.
