\x05Firstly,just as its name suggests,fast food is very fast and convenient.Secondly,the restaurants also provide a very comfortable surroundings.But,is fast food really good?
\x05Of cause the answer is No.Compared with vegetables and fresh fruits,fast food contain little nutrition.What's wore,fast food often involves too much fat or sugar.We will easily put on weight if we eat woo much of them.
\x05In conclusion,although fast food is delicious and convenience,we should eat them neither too often nor too much in order to keep ourselves in good health.
