有一次,两个人一同到医学家华佗那里看病,碰巧的是两人的病情非常相似,都感觉头疼发热.华佗仔细为两个病人作了检查,然后对一个人说：“你应该用泻药,而你朋友要吃发汗的药.”
这两个人感到很不解,于是便问：“我们两个人的病情是一样的,为什么吃的药却并不相同呢?”
华佗解释说：“你的身体外部并没有什么毛病,病是由于身体内部食物消化不良引起的；他的身体内部很健康,病是由于受了凉而引起的.所以,虽然你们两位的病情表现是一样的,但是药却应该根据不同的致病原因而有所不同.”
华佗随即给两人分别开了药方,他们两人买了华佗开的药,刚刚吃了两天,病就全好了.

Hua tuo is a famous doctor in ancient China.He was good at internal medicine,surgery,gynecology,pedology and acupuncture,he has brilliant leechcraft and he always diagnoses exactly.
When Hua tuo diagnosed and treated a sick,he can give different prscription according to different status.
Once,two persons came to Hua tuo for their sickness.Hit-and miss,the two had very similar state of sickness,they both felt headache and a fever.Hua tuo checked the two person carefully,then he told one person "You should use some cathartic,but your friends need to take some sudorific medicine." The two persons were confused,so they asked:' We have same sickness,why the medicine you gave is different?' Huo tuo explained ' For you,your have no sickness in your body,the sickness is caused by dyspepsia,for him,his bowels is health,his sickness is caused by catching cold.So,even your states of illness looks the same,the medicine should be different according to different rootcause of the sickness.'
Hua tuo then gave the two different prescriptions,the two persons pay for Hua tuo's medicine,and they were healed after taken the medicine for two days.
