　　Our school organized a special activity on May 4th. Purpose of this activity was to collect money for the biology lab which is being built now. The 5,000 yuan we collected will be caused to buy some equipment for the lab.

　　Having prepared for almost one month, some teachers and students who are good at singing and dancing gatheredin the People's Park early on the morning of May 4th. At 9:00 we began to put on performances. Lots of people came to watch our programmes, which were so interesting that they laughed and applauded all the time. After a whole day's work, we felt tired but happier than ever before, because we could do something for our school and our performance was well praised by the people.
