摘要
传统对饭店服务产品的理解是热情、周到、细致入微,但是,仅仅是表面的微笑与娴熟的服务技能已经不能满足现代人对服务的期待了,现在人们已经把注意力集中在服务人员的情绪劳动方面.餐饮业作为与顾客直接接触的行业,研究服务人员的情绪劳动已经迫在眉睫.本文通过顾客在服务前正负面情绪和接受正面或负面服务后正负面情绪的比较,并结合情绪敏感度进行分析,得出餐饮业服务人员的情绪劳动管理途径,并给出饭店在服务人员情绪管理方面的有效建议.
