摘要
海南既是休闲旅游和度假的胜地，也是自然环境优越的居住地。得天独厚的自然风光和地理位置成为海南房地产业发展的强大支撑。近年来国内外学者对琼商的研究少之又少,随着国际旅游岛建设步伐的加快,海南省迎来了新的发展机遇,不仅吸引了众多的国内外投资者，还带动了海南的经济发展。海南的房地产行业也随着国际旅游岛的产生有了较快的发展,而琼商在海南房地产行业中的发展状况一直被人们所忽视。
随着地区经济逐步健康发展，国际旅游岛、健康岛品牌的树立，海南房地产行业成为除旅游业以外的又一主导产业，发展优势明显，而琼商作为本土商人，有着外地商人所没有的先天优势。
本文以房地产行业的发展为主体，研究了琼商在海南房地产行业的现状，并过对比的方法来阐述琼商在海南房地产行业中发展优势。并针对琼商在海南房地产行业中所面临的问题提出建议。
