At present,solar utilization technology has been one of the important research projects about energy-saving and environmental protection,by which countries seek new energy sources and make use of it.This article introduces the domestic and overseas energy-saving policy and regulations and summarizes the use of solar energy in construction and the attempts in other fields and to provide some suggestion about the use and development of solar energy in the future.
