对贵方为推销我方自行车所作的努力我们甚为感激.但是,对你们要求见票后60天承兑交单付款一事,我们实难考虑.我们通常的做法是要求即期信用证付款.
不过,为了促进我方自行车在贵方市场的销售,我方准备接受即期付款交单的付款方式,以示特别照顾.

We received your letter/email of 20th December.It said that you guys have plan to distribut our bicycles.We are pleased to know it.
We appreciate your efforts in distributing our bicycles.Unfortunately,it's hard to accept your requirements that documentary against acceptance in 60 days.Usually,we agree with L/C at sight.
But according to the speeding the sale in your local market,we plan to accept D/C at sight for tendance.
Hope your company can accept this clause and hear from you soon.
