双方理解并同意,除非法律另有规定或双方另有约定,乙方于试用期内提前三天或于试用期满后提前三十天书面通知甲方,可解除本合同.

Termination and Cancelation of Contract
The both Parties understand and agree that,except otherwise stipulated by relevant laws or agreed upon by the both Parties,this Contract shall be terminated upon occurrence of the following situation:
Expiration as provided in Article 1.1 hereinabove;
Party B starts to enjoy retirement pension according to relevant laws and regulations;
Party B dies,or is announced to be dead or missing by the People’s Court;
Party A declares bankruptcy legally;
Party A’s business license is revoked,Party A is ordered to be closed or canceled,or Party A decides to dissolve in an earlier date; or
Other situations provided in relevant laws and regulations.
The both Parties understand and agree that,except otherwise stipulated by relevant laws or agreed upon by the both Parties,Party B may terminate this Contract by giving a notice to Party A 3 days in advance during probation or 30 days in advance after probation.
This Contract can be canceled upon agreement through consultation between the both Parties.
