目前,全世界投入实用且成熟的烟气脱硫(FGD)技术不下几十种,主要分为湿法、干法、半干法等几大类,其中湿式钙法(石灰石-石膏法)是当前世界上技术最成熟、实用业绩最多、运行状态最稳定的脱硫工艺.我厂一期锅炉型号为上锅生产的SG1024-16.7-540亚临界汽包炉,二期正在筹建.一、二期整个烟气系统采用将升压风机布置在吸收塔上游烟气侧运行的方案,以保证整个FGD系统均为正压操作,并同时避免升压风机可能受到的低温烟气的腐蚀,从而保证了升压风机及至的整个FGD系统安全长寿命运行.本文结合在郑州电力高等专科学校三年的理论学习来论述我厂脱硫现状及存在的问题.

Our factory issue boiler regult on boiler production SG1024-16.7-540 sub-critical drum boiler is under construction, the second phase. The first and second by the flue gas system booster fan will decorate in the absorber lateral operation scheme of upstream flue gas, to guarantee the FGD system are all positive pressure operation, and at the same time avoid booster fan may be low temperature flue gas corrosion, so as to ensure the whole booster fan FGD system security when long life operation. This article unifies in zhengzhou power college three years of theoretical study to discuss our present situation and the existing problems of desulfurization.
