大学英语精读第一册中的课文THE SAMPLER中的一句话.“Excuse me," he said,with more dignity than I would have thought possible considering his appearance,"I do not believe I have the pleasure of knowing you.Undoubtedly you have mistaken me for someone else." 中这 would have thought thought possible如何看待,究竟是thought什么possible,possible又是修饰什么词,肯定不修饰thought,否则不可能是形容词形式.
