摘要 城镇私营企业和个体就业人数的增多,说明了自主创业越来越受欢迎,而且在一定程度上缓解了就业压力.创业成功与否在一定程度上也受地域的影响.本文用聚类分析的方法来分析,不同的行业有不同的创业方法,但是在经济发达地区创业的成功率会高,良好的就业、创业环境,丰富的资源,完善的基础设施,都是能否良好创业的条件,因此东部地区的创业比中部和西部地区明显活跃.

Abstract
The increase of private town enterprises and individual business operators has showed that initiative business operating is becoming more and more popular, which, to some extent, will ease the employment pressure. The success of initiative business will depend on its region in a certain degree. This paper will analyze different business operating methods in different fields with the methology of cluster analysis. The high rate of success in initiative business operating demonstrates that succeful business operating is conditioned by good employment, business operating environment, rich resources and well-developed infrastratues. There is no wonder the initiative business operating works more actively than that in central and western China regions.
