You can imagine that the person is with you. The person isn’t really with you, but you can call and send a message, you just use your mind. You think.

I think they are open this evening. But I’m not sure. The machine is talking to me now. And the machine is not answering my question.

E: Yes, a really person, someone to talk to. There are so many machines everywhere; sometime it is not easy to feel the personal touch.
