随着全球经济一体化趋势增强和中国加入WTO,我国制造业面临着与外资的直接较量,家电业尤为突出.现在国内家电企业在加强自己在销售和网络优势的同时,都逐渐开始重视物流,提高自己的竞争力.如何认识家电业的物流需求,认识企业物流的发展规律,提升我国物流企业参与的竞争力,抓住发展机会,赢得市场份额,这是摆在我们面前的重要课题,本文研究的是我国家电企业的物流竞争战略及发展模式,以国内著名家电制造业TCL在现代物流改革的思路、取得的成果和TCL在物流改革中的实践为背景,运用产业组织、战略经营和企业能力等经济学和管理学的基本理论,分析我国著名家电企业在新一轮的物流改革方面的成功经验,探讨物流在中国制造企业的竞争定位和战略目标,识别企业的核心竞争力,提出增强在争取物流竞争优势的战略选择.根据企业的自身的条件,借鉴成功企业的物流模式确定自己物流运作效率,选择相应的竞争战略,提升企业的整体竞争力,同时也透视企业物流的发展前景.

Now the domestic household electrical appliance enterprises in strengthening their sales and network advantages at the same time, gradually began to pay attention to logistics, improve their competitiveness. How to understand the logistics demand of household electrical appliance industry, enterprise logistics development, promotes our country logistics enterprises to participate in competition, seize development opportunity, to win market share, it is an important topic in front of us, this paper is a study of China's household electrical appliance enterprises logistics competitive strategy and development mode, to the well-known domestic home appliance manufacturing industry TCL in modern logistics reform ideas, achievements and TCL in logistics reform in practice for the background, industrial organization, strategic management and enterprise ability of economics and management science basic theory, analysis of China's famous home appliance enterprises in the new round of the logistics reform success experience, explore the logistics of manufacturing in China competitive positioning and strategic goals, identifying the core competition ability of the enterprise, put forward to enhance the competitive advantage of strategic choice for logistics.
