I’m sorry to find that you are often absent from the running organized by our school during the break time. And I seldom find you take any other exercise after school.
In my opinion, it is not good for you to do so. As you know, physical exercise is of great importance to our health as well as our school study. Only when we are strong and healthy can we have enough energy to learn our lessons efficiently. On the contrary, if we spend all our time on subject study, we’ll become weak for lack of exercise, which will have a bad effect on our study.
