关于出口信用证拒付电的疑问
开证行收到信用证单据后，发来电文，其中有段话不是很理解，哪位大虾能解释一下，感激不尽！“unless we hear from you otherwise,in compliance with the condition stated in our L/C, we may deliver the documents to the applicant without further reference to you subject to our absolute discretion.In case we do so,we will advise you of the same.kindly note that in view of the discrepancy(ies) mentioned above,further discrepancy(ies) may occur thereafter such as late presentation (I.E. documents not presented in order within the stipulated number of days from the date of the transport documents) and credit expired...the advice constitues our refusal of docs as per art. 16 of UCP 600.documents are being held at yr risk and disposal.please instruct are to your account.
