你已经鉴察我，认识我。我坐下；我起来你都知晓。你也深知我一切所行的。没有一个意念或一句话是你不知晓的。
你在我前后环绕我，按手在我身上。这样的知识奇妙，是我不能识透的。
　天上的父亲，我的创造主和救赎主啊，我是你奇妙的作为。你用你那测不透的智慧造我。
神啊，你的意念向我何等宝贵！
但在你面前，我却是污秽罪恶的。我需要被洁净和重新建立。只有你才能这么做。
　　神啊，求你鉴察我，知道我的心思：试练我．知道我的意念：看我里面有什么恶行没有，引导我走永生的道路，
