此设计机组为600Kw蒸汽型双效溴化锂吸收式冷水机组.以蒸汽为加热源,可利用热电厂废气,商场自备锅炉所产蒸汽等.根据已知工况,冷媒水进水12℃,出水7℃,冷却水进水32℃,加热蒸汽压0.6MPa,确定机组为蒸汽型串联形式,然后对结构进行总体规划和布局,蒸发器、冷凝器、高低压发生器、吸收器均采用壳管式换热;高低温换热器、凝水换热器采用板式换热器.机组设计合理,结构紧凑.
