Bitter as I am,it's too hard to speak out loudly；
Tired as I am,it's too hard to fall asleep quickly；
Hungry as I am,it's too hard to chew anything tastily.
Time and time again I ask myself how am I doing these days.
我并没有要求要照字翻译，但是大体意思要一致呀。最后一句是我自己加上去的。
