摘要：次贷危机导致我国海外欠账数额一路飙升,许多企业经营因此陷入困境,如何预防商账坏账的发生及追收正成为摆在许多企业面前的一道难题.文章在分析我国企业频繁遭遇海外欠账严峻形势的基础上,针对次贷危机下日益凸显的商业信用风险,作者提出了4项预防具体措施,并对海外商账的解决进行了研究,为我国企业海外商账的管理与追收指明了方向.

Abstract:Cornered by the hike in international business accounts in arrears due to the subprime crisis,many Chinese businesses run into difficulties.It has become a significant challenge facing many businesses as to how to prevent and collect business bad debts.Based on analysis of the serious situation in which Chinese businesses frequently suffer from overseas debits in arrears,this paper puts forward four precautions specific to the business credit risk increasingly underlined by the subprime crisis,and provides researches on the resolution of international business account with the intention to give a clear direction for the management and collection of international business account for Chinese businesses.
