I’m writing to tell about the discussion we’ve had about the conflicts between square dancers and the residents nearby.
We all do agree that square dancing is a good way of keeping fit, especially for the elders. Some students argue that we should forbid people from dancing in public places because the noise caused by the loud music really affects people’s normal life and study. Some insist that people have rights to enjoy their ways of body building and entertaining, and the dancers can keep the noise to an acceptable volume, and limit their dancing time. We all agree that both the dancers and the residents nearby should try to understand and respect each other. Apart from that, the government should provide more places for the citizens, such as culture squares, parks and so on. Only in this way can we solve the problem properly.
