随着我国经济的发展及国有企业的改革,中小企业在我国国有经济、地域经济和、地域经济和农村经济中所发挥的作用已经达到一个不可替代的地位.但就目前中小企业的发展情况来看仍然是困难重重,尤其是融资问题首当其冲.本文首先通过了解目前我国中小企业的融资现状体现其困境,然后通过深入地了解其融资的方式和结构以推测其内在成因.然后以此为指导研究问题的所在并分析融资难的原因主要存在于企业本身的抵押资产少、治理结构不规范、社会信用偏低及经营风险较高；商业银行的认识偏差、组织不经济和信息不对称；社会的信用评估和担保体系不健全、资本市场不完善三个方面.因此在政策建议中也相应的根据这些原因设计了一下解决方案,主要有四点,一是完善我国中小企业融资的法律法规,及相关体系如担保体系,二是在国有商业银行改革中应重视中小企业的信贷融资强化银企合作的概念,三是采用多种融资渠道,最后则是要完善中小企业的制度,健全治理结构.
