摘要：目的 探讨老年人高血压病的护理.方法 经过对115例患者分两组进行研究.第一组是科学的运用药物护理,第二组是科学的指导适当运动和保持良好的心态及其运用药物的护理方式.结果 第一组用药物治疗效果一般,患者需要长期的使用药物控制高血压病.第二组患者病情有很大的变化,血压明显控制,抵抗力明显增加 .结论 除了科学的用药,适当的运动,合理的饮食,保持良好的心态,更有益于控制高血压病.

Abstract: objective ：To investigate the nursing of hypertension. Methods :two separated group researches of 115 patients. The first group is under scientific drug caring.The second group is a scientific guiding proper motion and maintain good state of mind and the drug nursing mode. Results the first group treated with medicine effect in general, patients need long-term use of medication to control high blood pressure disease. The second patient condition have very big change, blood pressure control obvious, resistance increased obviously. Conclusion in addition to scientific use, proper motion, reasonable food, keep the good point of view, the more beneficial to control hypertension.
